Guests have exclusive access to the entire beachfront studio, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedroom with stunning ocean views. The studio also features a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean, the Fairmont Hotel, its pool, and the beautiful Isla Verde coastline.

While the pool is temporarily closed, guests can enjoy direct access to the beach, located just steps away from the property. The building is secure, and you’ll have access to all amenities within the unit, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more.

For check-in, you will need to visit the reception, where our team will provide you with the keys to the apartment. Additional amenities, such as nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions, are within walking distance for your convenience.

Parking: The building offers parking for guests, with a maximum of 1 car. Please note that if you're driving an SUV or a Pickup truck, you must confirm with the reception that your vehicle meets the height requirements of the building's parking area.

Noise: This is a quiet residential building, so please be mindful of noise levels, especially late at night. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Trash: Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins located at the same floor. We appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy.

Local Recommendations: We highly recommend exploring the local attractions (El Yunque National Rain Forest with more than 200 different types of trees, Historic Sites and Forts in Old San Juan dating back to the 16th century), including the nearby beaches, restaurants (Puerto Rico cuisine has a fusion of Spanish, African, and Indigenous Taíno flavors), night life, and shops and so much more. DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as it is a building-wide project. We wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:

• Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.

• Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.

• Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.
  We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:

Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.
Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.

🐾 PET POLICY: Our property is strictly pet-free due to guest allergy protocols. We only welcome certified Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must provide official documentation prior to check-in. Standard pets or emotional support animals are not permitted.

Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
