DISCLAIMER

Regarding electricity and water, in September 2017 Puerto Rico was directly hit by Hurricane Maria.

Unfortunately, our power grid has suffered significant damage after the hurricane and over the years.

The property offers a Backup Cistern to supply water service, we just ask you to be conscious of the water use.

Power and water outages are extremely common on the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours.

Sometimes the power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it’s completely out of our control.

IMPORTANT:

• PMI property Management will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water or electrical services.

• Under no circumstances we will refund consumed nights. By booking this unit, we understand that you read our listing descriptions and are aware of the situation.
