Please Note: 🚧 Ongoing Building Maintenance 🚧

We want to keep you informed: the building is currently undergoing repair and painting work as part of a scheduled renovation project. Contractors may begin work as early as 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

During this period, you may notice the following:

• Noise from construction and painting works during daytime hours.
• A suspended work platform (guindola) may be positioned near the building's exterior, which could affect privacy from certain windows.
• Dust may occasionally enter the unit, so we recommend keeping windows closed during work hours.

We appreciate your understanding and patience while the building is being refreshed. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.

Please note that while we gladly offer our support if any issues arise, any situations occurring outside the property boundaries or beyond our direct control are ultimately not the responsibility of management. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here.
